Fig Tree Hall took its first student residents in Semester 1, 2014. ==Accommodation== Fig Tree Hall is unique to the UNSW Colleges as it is the only residence that is completely alcohol free. Additionally, residents will have a choice of separate male and female floors, common areas that may be used as prayer space and the option of halal catering. All rooms in Fig Tree Hall are single occupancy with private en suites.
